AADE Meetings Schedule for 2008-2009

Annual Meeting 2008

The AADE Annual Meeting will be in San Antonio, Texas. The meeting dates are October 15-16, 2008.

AADE

The Executive Council would like to encourage member participation in the AADE and would urge all members of the AADE to attend the annual and midyear meetings of the AADE as well as the meetings of the AADE Executive Council. The Executive Council meeting dates will be posted on the AADE website and in the editions of the AADE Bulletin.

Members can view the upcoming Executive Council Meeting dates in the "Members Only" section of the AADE Home Page. The "members only" section requires a user login. Type in your last name (initial cap) and your membership ID Number. Contact the Central Office if you do not have your ID Number.

Mid-Year Meeting 2009

The AADE Mid-Year Meeting will be held Sunday and Monday, April 5-6, 2009, at the ADA Headquarters Building , Chicago, Illinois. The American Dental Association and the American Dental Education Association are cosponsors for the AADE Mid-Year Meeting.

The Sunday afternoon session of the Mid-Year Meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m.

The National Dental Examiners’ Advisory Forum is scheduled on Tuesday morning, April 7, 2009. Any educator or examiner who attends the AADE meeting on Monday is welcome.

The AADE has reserved a block of rooms at the Ritz Carlton Hotel for attendees. Please register for this conference promptly since unused rooms will be released after February 2, 2009. A registration and hotel reservation form is enclosed. The registration fee for the Mid-Year Meeting will be $325 for members and $525 for non-members. This amount covers registration, the luncheon, and the reception. A $40 late registration fee will apply to all registrations after February 1, 2009. The reception, Monday evening, April 6, will be sponsored by the JCNDE and the AADE.

Message to All Members of the AADE

All AADE members who wish to attend meetings of the AADE Executive Council and/or wish to address the AADE Executive Council as part of its agenda, should submit their name to Linda Lorenz, AADE Central Office, 1-800-621-8099, extension 7464 or e-mail: llorenz@aadexam.org) at least two weeks prior to the meeting date.
